My arms are feeling better now. Still a bit sore, but much better. I got some rub in ibuprofen yesterday which has really worked well. The only side effect is that the commercial stuff is called Ibuleve, and I have been humming 'I believe' by the Bachelors ever since. Oh dear. However it is worth it.
I am glad, heartily glad, that I am not flying anywhere with the dust cloud from Iceland.
Poor people sitting in airports.

The man is supposed to be flying back via the UK in the next couple of days, he may get an extended break over there....fingers crossed that not.
Glad your arms are better - rather strange. I know what you mean about Ibulieve - perhaps it's deliberate. A freind has posted up pictures of her trip to Petra on Faceback and that makes me have Indiana Jones theme tune on the brain (or the Great Escape _ I always get them confused)
